The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods. The contract is only concluded after we've confirmed it by email or dispatching the goods.

Since our pieces are handcrafted art objects, there is no right of return and no statutory right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 2 BGB, as the goods are custom-made or tailored to individual needs.

Our jewelry consists exclusively of natural materials and has been tested for compatibility. Since individual allergic reactions cannot be ruled out, we assume no liability for any incompatibilities or allergic reactions.

9. Warranty and Replacement for Breakage
If a biomaterial jewelry piece breaks within 10 months of purchase, we offer a one-time free replacement. After this period, no replacement can be guaranteed. The customer bears the shipping costs for the replacement.

Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Our liability for damages is excluded unless caused by intent or gross negligence. This does not apply to injuries to life, body, or health, or in case of a breach of essential contractual obligations.
