Cancellation Policy for Workshops

I understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your attendance at one of my workshops. To accommodate this, I have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Before 10 Days: If you need to cancel your participation in a workshop, you may do so up to 10 days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made within this time frame will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Within 10 Days: I am unable to offer a refund for cancellations made less than 10 days before the workshop. This policy is in place because my workshops require extensive preparation, including materials and resources arranged based on the number of participants. Late cancellations often result in these resources going unused and prevent others from taking advantage of an available spot.

Location change: Please be aware that in very rare occasions, the location of the workshop can change due to a cancellation of the renter. The city always stays the same, but the area can change. This is not a cancellation reason.

How to Cancel: Please cancel through your initial confirmation email after signing up for a workshop and I will refund your full payment (excluding the transaction fees; around 5€ approximately). Please note that the cancellation will only be valid if I receive your cancellation via mail within the 10 days before the workshop.
