Cancellation Policy for Workshops

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your attendance at one of my workshops. To accommodate this, I have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Before 7 Days: If you need to cancel your participation in a workshop, you may do so up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made within this time frame will receive a full refund. Please cancel through your initial confirmation email after signing up for a workshop and I will refund your full payment (excluding the transaction fees).

Cancellation Within 7 Days: I am unable to offer a refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop. This policy is in place because my workshops require extensive preparation, including materials and resources arranged based on the number of participants. Late cancellations often result in these resources going unused and prevent others from taking advantage of an available spot.

Exceptional Circumstances: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen events do occur. If you have a compelling reason for canceling within the 7-day window, please reach out to us directly. While I cannot guarantee a refund, I will consider such cases on an individual basis and try to accommodate you as best as I can.

How to Cancel: To cancel your workshop registration, please email me at biodesign@aliciavaldes.eu. In your communication, include your name, the date of the workshop, and any relevant details. We will confirm your cancellation and process any applicable refund if I can.
